I was born in Kentucky but moved to South Florida after my father, who was a Green Beret, was based to Florida City.
High School and/or University you attended:
I graduated from South Dade Senior High in 1999 and moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida. I graduated with a degree in Interpersonal and Organization Communications.
How would you describe yourself?
I would consider myself to be a problem solver and I have great attention to detail. I feel that I am able to use these qualities to help my clients with new insurance and with any issues that may arise.
Family, hobbies/interests, favorite sport & or teams, and anything else you want to share about yourself:
I met my husband, Joe Hassani, at The University of South Florida. We bought our first home and moved to Wesley Chapel in 2005. I started working with Florida Educators Insurance in September of 2006. My husband and I have been blessed with two loving daughters; Laila who is 6 and Kenza who is 4. I make it a point to enjoy my time with them and love watching them grow. My weekends are dedicated to making memories as a family.
What is the best thing about doing the work you do?
I am aware of the modest pay provided to our educators and consider the best part of my job is educating my clients on our insurance products to provide the best coverage in conjunction with saving them money.
